Are credit card transactions on StarMagic safe? 

Star Magic's order entry page is on a Secure Server !
There are two indicators for a secure server :
1) The URL begins with "HTTPS://" and not "HTTP://" ( S for Secure)
2) There is a lock icon in the bottom right of your Browser to show that the page resides on a secure server.

As soon as you enter an item in a shopping cart, check the lock, and the URL .
It will have both "HTTPS" and lock icon in the bottom of your browser .

We at STAR MAGIC, do NOT keep any data on our customers on computers

connected to the internet. All customer information, including the credit card
information, is transferred - as soon as it is entered - to our internal computer
network, which is not connected to the internet.

How can I give someone gifts using StarMagic?  

Gifts purchased can be sent directly to the recipient. At the checkout
process, simply indicate the "SHIP TO " address. You will receive an Email
confirming that the shipment was made and giving you the USPS tracking number.

Sales tax is collected ONLY on orders shipped to locations in New York state.

Does StarMagic ship to people outside of the U.S.A.?  

Orders from  outside of the United States and Canada, are accepted on a prepaid basis ONLY.
Orders are shipped via USPS from New York (ZIP CODE = 10002).

Orders can be placed by mail:
  1) Complete the order form on the Internet site and print it.
  2) Include the USPS shipping charges as obtained from USPS.com

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel an order   Please notify us via Email   Subject of the eMail MUST include the order number.
NO VERBAL CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED
There is no charge for cancelling orders before processing.( Charge to Credit Card)
Orders cancelled after processing , but before shipment are subject to a $5.00 Cancellation Fee.
Once an order has been shipped standard return policies apply.
